The weather outside is heating up and so is the real estate market! We have seen a huge increase in the number of homes sold over the last couple of months.  Not only are homes selling, but they are selling fast - we listed on home on Wednesday and had it under contract on Thursday at above asking price! 

Demand for New Construction: If you are thinking of building a new home, now is the time! Building lots are selling fast. There is only one lot left in the Mutton Hollow Estates subdivision in Kaysville, four lots left in the Canyon Vistas subdivision in South Weber, and a handful of lots available in the Country Fields subdivision in Syracuse.
